Haminol 303A as a highly methyl etherised amino resin it is soluble in water and organic solutions in general.

Product Application Notes
1. Haminol 03A reacts with methylene acceptors at the vulcanisation temperature and acts as a bonding agent for rubber and skeletal materials. For example, it reacts with resorcinol formaldehyde resin GLR-20, binder RE, binder RS, etc. to produce a thermosetting resin. If the reaction takes place before vulcanisation, the bonding effect of the mating system is lost. The rubber, filler and methylene acceptor are usually prepared first at a higher temperature; then, at the final refining stage, Haminol 03A and other mating agents are added.
2. The recommended ratio is 1.5-3 parts Haminol 03A with 2-5 parts GLR-20 resin or other methylene acceptors.
